I happen to pass by the site and noticed very little activity, and thought this may show a lull in FreeMED development. This however is not true. Those who have shown interest in FreeMED development were invited to a private forum. Thus, most of us don't have time to post twice. Regardless, there has been a flurry of activity on 0.9. A lot of discussion on the user interface has been going on. Much effort is being made in providing the next release of FreeMED to be a user centric application, with what is hoped to be the most intuitive and cohesive interface yet. If you've wandered over to the development demo you can see some of the rough plan. (Although very much a work in progress). And most of the interface still needs to be re-written, as 0.9 is changing the front-end user interface to Google Web Toolkit (GWT). The key to UI is and always will be determining what the user needs and wants to do.

Long story short. . .We're working. . .working. . .working.:)
