I can't make report

Hello.
I'm testing FreeMed on Localhost with some patient's information, but I have a problem when making reports: (under Main/Reports)

When I choose:
-- "Account Paid Graph", I got an alert: "No Record Found".
-- "Charges Graph", I can't see anything.
-- "Patient Aged Detail Report", I got an alert: "No unpaid procedures found"
-- "Receivables Graph", I got an alert: "No receivables found"
-- "Transaction Graph", I got an alert: "No Records found".
-- "System Reports", I got an error: "Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path='.;/usr/local/lib/php;C:\xampp\htdocs\freemed\lib\agata7;C:\xampp\htdocs\freemed\lib\agata7/classes:C:\xampp\htdocs\freemed\lib/pear') in C:\xampp\htdocs\freemed\lib\pear\HTML\QuickForm.php on line 22".

What information I have to enter to make the report? Please help me.
